Where are you located?
We are located n the CC Yumbo in the centre of Playa Del Ingles surrounded by 2 pay car parks as well as on street parking in the surrounding area.
You can find us on the 2nd floor underneath La Caixa Bank. If you follow the Mini Golf passing the entrance and continue down the road you will be able to see us from the road.
Will you be baking bread?
Oh yes!!
We are currently testing ingredients to make sure we bring you lovely fresh loaves. Please don’t expect the type in supermarkets as we are striving for excellence in our various breads. We will announce when they are available.

Ordering Christmas Cake / Mince Pies
We are now taking orders on Christmas cakes and mince pies. They are fresh made on site and not imported from the UK.
Mince Pies come in a box of 6
Christmas Cakes come in Small, Medium or large and we do both a fruit or just sponge version. Prices are in our online shop.
We will also be selling Christmas Hampers again with Small, Medium and Large.
Can we order things from you to get in the UK?
Yes, we have regular supplies arriving from the UK.
Please ask us when our next is due and if we can get it on the order.
What times do you open?
We open 7 days a week from 10am-6pm. If you are collecting an order you have placed online, we can arrange other times for you also.
We do offer home delivery in the South of Gran Canaria and also deliver party and catering orders at times convenient to you.
Do you offer facilities for children?
We welcome family groups and we are more than happy to cater for smaller mouths and offer a range of child friendly and healthy snacks. We also have a cool kids table with stools and colouring books to keep them busy whilst you have a cuppa!
We also offer Highchairs and booster cushions when available to help everyone enjoy their visit to us.
Are all your products baked freshly?
Yes they are, we believe in only offering the freshest and tastiest products which means that we do not freeze finished products and have strict shelf life on them to make sure that you are only receiving the very best we can offer.
When you visit us and place your order, prepare for a 10 minute bake time on pasties and sausage rolls. We make all filings each morning from scratch and then bake as they are ordered to ensure the absolute freshest tasting pastry. We never cook the evening before due to the climate and our strive for perfection.
Sandwiches and smoothies are also freshly made for optimum freshness and taste.
Please always allow for the 10-15 minute preparation time for your delicious fresh food.
Do you use local ingredients?
Yes we do where possible!
As a responsible business we try and keep our carbon footprint as low as possible which also means using ingredients from the local area to reduce the carbon miles our produce takes. Where this is not possible in the case of goods only available from the UK or overseas, we offset our carbon emissions to account for this as much as possible through investing in carbon neutral funds and initiatives.
Our home made Jams are all created using fruit grown on Gran Canaria.
Do you cater for Vegans?
We have a wide range of speciality vegan products available on order and plan to add to these on a regular basis.
We are always happy to hear customer feedback to improve our choice so if there is something you would like that doesn’t appear yet on the menu, please let us know!

I am Lactose intolerant do you cater for that?
The majority of our products will contain dairy so please ask before making your selection which products are free from dairy.
We do create lactose free products especially to order, so please phone or email us to discuss options
I have a Gluten intolerance do you cater for that?
Whilst the majority of our products are not Gluten Free we do have a full range that is! Just look out for the Sin Gluten sign on the relevant products in store!
Do you have parking spaces available?
There is ample parking on the roads around the EuroCentre and there is also a small pay car park at the frontnof the building. If you choose to park in the front car park area, we are on the same floor as that car park to the right hand side of the centre.
You can also park at the rear of the centre in the car park next door to “Cash Diplo” and gain access to us via the large green metal gates where you can use the lift to the 3rd floor. You can also park in Lidl if you are going to be a couple of hours and intend buying an item in lidl to get your ticket stamped.
From lidl if you look at the big police station in front of it, we are up the hill to the right hand side of the Policia Nacional and turn left at the top where you will see the Eurocentre.
Do you deliver or is it just collection only?
We certainly do deliver! The price will depend on your location on the island and will be worked out automatically by the system when you place your order :).
You can also choose to pick your order up in person from our bakery. Please make sure the deep fill pies are ordered 2 hours before needed as we make them completely fresh at the point of ordering.
